Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 7, 2026
StagingFlow ("StagingFlow," "we," "us") provides software that helps home staging companies manage leads, quotes, agreements, scheduling and billing (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. StagingFlow is offered to businesses in the United States.
1. Information we collect
- Account information. Names, email addresses and login details of the people our customers invite to use the Service.
- Business data our customers store in the Service. For example, lead and client contact details (names, emails, phone numbers), property addresses, quotes, agreements, scheduling dates, invoice and payment records, and notes. Our customers control this data; we process it on their behalf to provide the Service.
- Data from connected services. If a customer connects an accounting system such as Intuit QuickBooks Online, we access the records needed for the features they turn on, such as customers, invoices and payments (see Section 3).
- Technical information. Basic logs needed to run and secure the Service, such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps of requests.
- Website inquiries. If you contact us or submit a sign-up form, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, company and email.
Our marketing website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The Service uses only the cookies required to keep you signed in and secure.
2. How we use information
- To provide, maintain and support the Service, including generating quotes, agreements, invoice schedules and reports.
- To send emails the Service is designed to send, such as quotes and internal notifications.
- To keep the Service secure, prevent misuse and troubleshoot problems.
- To respond to inquiries and communicate with customers about their account.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use customer data for advertising.
3. QuickBooks and other integrations
When a customer connects QuickBooks Online, the connection is authorized by an administrator of that customer's QuickBooks company. StagingFlow uses the connection only to read the information needed to match payments to invoices, mark invoices as paid, and keep billing totals in agreement with the customer's books. StagingFlow does not create, change or delete records in QuickBooks.
- Access credentials are stored encrypted on our servers and are never shown in the app or sent to your browser.
- Only authorized administrators can connect or disconnect an integration.
- A customer can disconnect StagingFlow at any time from within StagingFlow or from QuickBooks. When disconnected, we delete the stored access credentials and stop retrieving data.
- Data retrieved from QuickBooks is used only to provide the Service to that customer and is not shared with other customers or third parties except as described in Section 4.
4. How information is shared
We share information only as needed to run the Service:
- Service providers that host or support the Service under confidentiality obligations, such as cloud hosting and database (Cloudflare), sign-in (Clerk), email delivery (Resend), and address and document services (Google).
- Integrations a customer chooses to connect, such as Intuit QuickBooks Online.
- Legal reasons, when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of StagingFlow, our customers or others.
- Business transfers, if StagingFlow is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
5. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), encryption of sensitive credentials, access controls, and regular backups. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect information from unauthorized access, loss or misuse.
6. Data retention and deletion
We keep customer data for as long as the customer's account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Customers can ask us to export or delete their data. After an account is closed, we delete customer data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep it to meet legal obligations. Backups are deleted on their regular schedule.
7. Your choices
If you are a user of the Service, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing us. If your information was entered into the Service by one of our customers (for example, you requested a staging quote), please contact that company directly; we will assist them with your request.
8. Children
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above. Material changes will be communicated to customers.
